I always order from this Subway and today will be the last time! They have messed up my order many times and I rarely complain, and still give them chances. Upon my delivery I noticed they messed up the sandwich toppings on both sandwiches that were ordered. I contacted Doordash and Subway agreed to remake/re-deliver the sandwiches. A little later the Doordash driver calls saying Subway will remake, but not fix what they had messed up because they made the sandwiches exactly how I ordered on the receipt. The toppings do not match what I ordered on the receipt! Subway here are your pics for proof!

No matter if ordered online or in person. They never get order right. Missing ingredients wrong sauces.

The Subway in Winters is not well maintained, they have an old pop machine that needs to be removed, the windows are dirty, there was food on the floor. The employees are not friendly or helpful, seem like you are bothering them. When I ordered they only had white bread and was not spoken to or thanked except when I ordered. Hopefully they close this location and a better business takes its place.

I placed an online order for a footlong veggie delight and specified no jalapeños or cucumbers. Guess what there were A LOT of on my sandwich…? Jalapeños and cucumbers. I asked for extra mayo and honey mustard, my sandwich was SUPER dry. It was especially dry because the bread was hecka hard without even being toasted. I ordered avocado on it and of course, there was no avocado on my sandwich - despite being charged extra for it. I hate that I pre-tipped when I placed my order because the guy who made my sandwich was NOT deserving of my money, let alone a tip. I’m so disgustingly disappointed.
