  Walked in for the first time ever an o was greeted with disgust and annoyance. Maybe they were both having a bad day or heavy morning, but damn did they make me want to leave right away. Unfortunately I had an appointment and I needed services done. The energy these 2 women release is of exhaustion and annoyance. Never coming back!

  Both workers are incredibly rude! I will be going to another UPS location after this. I don’t know how hard it is to be nice and polite to others! It made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was annoying to the one helping

  Poor customer service by the two ladies there. Eye rolling and talking about there staff in negative manner. What a shame.

  I have shipped close to 50 boxes using my own UPS account and have had no issues. Today I showed up and Anthony was nothing but rude and disrespectful. He kept telling me I had to do everything on line. I told him I have never done that before and he insisted I do it that way. After I let him know how I feel about how he was treated I went to the other UPS store off of Washington and had zero issues at all.
