  Was standing in line at 7.55pm. The employee told me he could not help me because he was closing at 8 pm. very poor customer service. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer. He said nothing.

  Super super super slow customer service. Probably the longest ive ever waited at a subway and there was only one person ahead of me.

  The food is overall good, although over priced and their coupons are a joke as they don't actually give you any sort of deal. The staff can be friendly, depending on who is working, but I've never seen the same worker more than once and there's always someone in training. It's a nice quiet place as it's the only store in the shopping center, but overall one of the worst Subways I've been too. I think new management needs to be put in place.
