I am writing to report a highly unprofessional experience at your restaurant on Feb 11 (approx. 7:35 PM). My order was missing 1/3 of the items (10 wings total). When I reached out for a correction, the manager on duty, Elizabeth, refused to assist and abruptly hung up the phone. I am seeking a partial refund for the missing items and an apology for the poor treatment."

Don't come to this wing stop! Customer service was not cool ... not even greeted... took them 30 to make my meal, when there was one couple waiting and I believe the time line of one hour there were 3 phone/ online orders ... and like 5 employees... not showing up here again ... disgusting restrooms I regret walking in to wash my hands! .. Wingstop! I'm disappointed!
