  Great customer service for Live Scan but Bill has very loud personal opioins he likes to share about people in America needing to learn to speak English. She tried her best english but regardless came ready with a translator. Although everyone is entitled to their opinion he failed to keep it professional by continuing to go on and on with another customer about it. He ONLY speaks English and yet she was trying to speak the "native" language and had her translator assist. Very unprofessional and I should post the video to show the world what not to do as an Assistant manager.

  I was in The UPS store at the Quad in Whittier recently and needed a 20 piece fine China heirloom from the 1800s mailed back to my home on the east coast. Sam took such time and care packing everything up. I unpacked everything after receiving it today. Every single piece was intact which made me so happy given how thin some of the pieces were. I am thrilled with the great job Sam did. Thank you so much

  The notary service here is completely useless I don't even know why you guys advertise there's a notary here when she doesn't even look at documents or read a thing she won't even attempt to do her job
