  People have bad days and I’ve already called the store personally to complain and get an apology but bad days don’t excuse being rude to people. Unsure of the name of the worker, if it’s Cathy or not but the only female worker today 6/2/26 was rude to my mother when she went to ship something. My mother is very timid and when setting her stuff down on the counter she accidently bumped another package and said “I’m sorry” and in turn the worker said “you should be, those are headlights and I can’t afford to replace them “ a little human decency and common courtesy goes a long way and while I personally know customer facing jobs can be difficult there is no reason to bring your personal problems into your interactions with customers. Truly hope that she can find a better way to deal with people who come up, especially those who are older or who have special needs and can’t find a voice to stand up for themselves. You should always be kind. We won’t be back and while I know they won’t miss us I’m still very disappointed to have had this issue today.

  I came into this store to pick up an order I placed online. Louis and Rene provided exceptional service! I love that the store facilitates order pick up for small businesses and their customers! If you have a small business in or near Whittier you need to check out this amazing service!!!

  I came in for a live scan, Cathy was so patient and helpful! I would recommend her to other people that are interested!

  The guy Stan is entirely useless. He is the slowest moving person I've ever experienced in customer service. Put this guy somewhere where he doesnt have to move quickly. I waited 20 whole minutes for 2 customers to simply ship a package to be told their livescan operator wasn't there. I stood there for 20 minutes with a visible livescan form and wasn't given the heads up until I got to the counter. Do better.
