  The short Hispanic young lady she has dark brown skin, I think she might be the manager was speaking to me in a rude matter. While she was working on my sub she kept slamming the restaurant's equipment and was speaking to me in a dismissive tone. I attempted to get in contact with anyone who is above her however Management that is above her failed to contact me back in regards to this rude employee. This young lady should be replaced by a different employee that will be respectful to customers. I studied human behavior and people get frustrated of what they do all day and take that frustration out on people that have nothing to do with other people's burdens.

  I asked to bake bread with onion and bell pepper and he gave me raw onion and bell pepper. As a vegetarian we have limited option to eat and then they make mess with the order in veggy we don’t have anything to eat in that.

  I called the store and spoke with a young man in 8/28/2024 at 6:20 pm pst I explained that we ordered online and that it did not give an option to add special instructions and while my wife wanted the bread toasted but not the tuna after explaining it to the young man he advised the lady who was making to the sandwich and she literally said out loud for me the customer to hear “TOO BAD”! I explained my wife will not eat it and the lady in the back reiterated too bad so I told the young man that I would provide feedback regarding this situation so that hopefully the owner will see this review.
