  This FedEx is extremely horrible. Even a manager is untrained and unprofessional. FedEx should consider to train all staff. The most unkind staff is the store manager. FedEx in Buena Park is the most professional and kind. I have used several FedEx locations so far. The worst is a Whittier one on Whittier Blvd. The staff will make your day miserable. FedEx, please teach all staff to be professional and kind. Horrible horrible extremely horrible!!!

  Terrible service and an unbelievably lazy, dismissive attitude from the employees. I arrived about 10 minutes BEFORE the posted closing time, and instead of being greeted or asked how they could help, the first thing I got was, “What are you trying to do?” Then I was told they couldn’t do anything because “everything is already shut down.” Seriously? If you’ve already decided to stop serving customers before closing time, then why bother posting business hours at all? I didn’t arrive after closing. I arrived while the location was still supposed to be OPEN. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply because employees want to shut everything down early. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disappointing service. If you don’t intend to serve customers until the posted closing time, then change your business hours instead of wasting people’s time.
