From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. What stood out the most was how patient and detailed he was in explaining everything. He made sure I fully understood all the services available and what options would work best for my situation, without rushing me at all. Howie also has a great personality — he communicates in such a natural, engaging, and warm way. You can tell he truly enjoys helping customers. His positive attitude and bright smile made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. It’s honestly rare to come across someone in a shipping store who provides this level of customer service. He went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much Howie.
