  Horrible! Tried to return an Amazon package. They charge $1 for printing the label and another dollar for the packaging. The item that I was trying to return only cost $10. It almost cost half just to ship and return back to amazon. Stay away!

  This UPS attendant is useless. Tried returning an item as instructed. The worker made up her own rules, and then not provide any service. Go to another store. Like other customers says no customer service is lacking. This store really deserves all the one stars and their reviews are bought and modified as you can see the owner replying to everything. Update: yup, the lady attendant screwed my return. My return QR said single use and I told her that, now I can’t use my QR to return my item. I am thinking of taking legal action in small claims court over it.

  Came to drop a ups return box for my daughter, the old guy seems pretty up tight and force you to buy tape, what is this 2002? Meh
