  Absolute logistical nightmare and zero accountability. I brought a retail return package to this location on Lakeview. The staff managed to stick my prepaid return label onto someone else's package. To make matters worse, management refuses to take any responsibility for the mix-up or the lost item. I am now stuck in a massive headache fighting the retail store for a refund because of this store's incompetence. Save yourself the stress and use a different shipping location.

  Very helpful and polite staff, unlike the other UPS store in North Ranch, they don't mind helping customers with amazon returns!

  If you need anything please ask Jon. He has been a local in town and he knows everyone. If you would like a lecture on how you taped our package or if are interested in buying over priced tape please contact the owner Jim. He will make you feel like an idiot and embarrass you in front of the other customers and employees for dropping off a US Postal package to his store. I think he should stay in the back of the store and let the kind and helpful staff interact with the customers. Jim there is no need to follow up.
