  Went to Wingstop expecting wings and fries. Apparently that was too ambitious. The wings were still cold in the middle like they’d lost a fight with the microwave. Fries were limp, soggy, and had the texture of wet napkins. Half the soda machine was out, so finding a drink felt like spinning a broken roulette wheel. And somehow the inside of the restaurant was hotter than the wings. No AC, tables wobbling like they were built during an earthquake simulation, making eating there feel less like dinner and more like a survival challenge. At this point the ranch was carrying the entire establishment on its back.

  My grandson was give a Wingstop coupon for good work from school. Even though the coupon was valid and clearly stated it could be used for takeout orders the employee refused to honor the coupon. The decided to only accept on line orders. It was our first time trying Wingstop and will be our last.

  Came to order my food and stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to be served , the guy with the dreads and glasses , just looked at me and kept working rude if you ask me , more worried about door dash orders than customers , they also use no gloves handling the food , the other guy is on his phone a lot than goes back to working with food unsanitary if you ask me ….

  I placed my order through the Wing Stop app. My order arrived and I didn't receive my a chicken sandwich. I couldn't find anywhere on their site to report an issue with my order. I called the store, a guy answered and said he can issue a refund but keep putting me in hold. I figured he was trying to ask for help. 20 minutes went by, someone one picked up and soon as I said hello,they hanged up. I guess I will be contacting my bank.
