  West Sacrsmento UPS lied to us i received a notification that they pickep up our package and they did not now they will double us, this is second time that they did very poor service and dishonest

  Don’t bother with an online appointment. They don’t honor them despite their website letting you make one. Staff member I spoke with today was dismissive, couldn’t (or wouldn’t) answer my questions, and generally acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I left without accomplishing what I came here to do, so the appointment ended up being a waste of time. I was frustrated enough that I told them the experience had been very unhelpful, so I’m sure I wasn’t at my most pleasant by the end either. Still, I expected better communication and customer service.

  Truly one of the best ups stores i’ve ever been to. This team just exudes exemplary customer service leaving you satisfied with whatever task needed to be completed. I’ve seen some beautiful work come from this team. Need more stores full of wonderful people like this one!
