Tried Subway for the first time in years and ordered a foot-long, but they only gave me a 6-inch sub. I drove back to the store in over 100-degree weather to fix the mistake, and instead of remaking the whole meal, they just handed me a second half—leaving me with the original TOASTED sandwich that had been sitting out for 30 minutes. Where is the common sense?

From now on, we will always got to the harbor blvd or capitol ave subway location. Ever since a new manager has been here (male, 30s) sandwiches have been sloppy or made incorrectly. Today I ordered on the app, waited an hour as the app said to do, but still no sandwich. Finally I went inside and showed the cost charged to subway on Apple Pay but this man (who refused to tell me his name when I asked) spoke rudely and aggressively. I am uncomfortable ever returning to the town center subway location
You're average Subway
The worst subway I have even been to.
They close when they want without any updates in the Google. I went there at 8 during weekday and they were supposed to close at 8:30 but the lady didn’t open the store by saying that she has the permission from her manager by closing earlier which was not true. The people who work there are very rude and their service is not good at all. What should you expect from people who are being paid $15 an hour.

The customer service was good but the sandwiches were just ok. The bread was crunchy not soft and they ran out of broccoli cheddar soup on a rainy day at lunch time.
