  I ordered a banner online for an upcoming advertisement campaign. I was leery to do this but I went thru with it. I rather talk to someone about materials and have graphics proofed before final product is printed. Received a call from local store saying that banner is done. Next day picked it up. Banner looks very good. I made the mistake of thinking one of the images would come out ok. I could've increased the pixel rate to make it better. 2 things that bother me a little...1 is that there are 5 gromets on top but only 2 at the bottom. And the material seems a bit cheesy i.e. thin and of poor material for an outside sign, which is what I ordered. I do not know if these concerns I mentioned is normal or not. Paid $200 for this and thought the quality would be better. I will go to the Fed Ex/Kinkos store in Davis and ask the staff.

  Jason the manager is an absolute angel! He is so kind and genuine and cares about providing the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I will gladly come back to this store for future printing needs just because of him. 🤗

  Jason the store manager was so incredibly nice and helpful!! Jason was SO kind, understanding, & sympathetic; he really listened to me and did everything he could to find my lost package and gave me lots of options. 1800-Go-Fedex was an absolute nightmare: after losing my package, they refused to help me at all, kept reading the same phrase off a prompt, it was like talking to a brick wall, I asked for a supervisor, and they said no, I asked for their name and they refused to give it, then hung up on me - this happened twice! Jason at the West Sac store is FedEx's 1 and only redeeming quality.

  I've only used this place a few times but it's fine for what it is. Not busy, and staff is fairly helpful (looking at you Davis store). Easy parking.
