  In spite of being a chief marketing officer for the better part of 30 years, I haven’t used FedEx Kinko much for printing needs. What I can tell you is, thanks to their store in West Hollywood, I absolutely will use them going forward. And if I’m in LA, I will 100% turn to the pros at that location. The person I worked with, Meron, not only saved me when I called with a last-minute printing need, but she was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond. In fact, if people like her in businesses like this did what she did more often, the world would run much more smoothly. I’d recommend this store and Meron 100/100 times.

  I took the survey but it didn’t ask me for the store number so I’m posting a review just in case. The lady that helped me was super helpful and did an extremely good job packaging my item just wanted to thank her again for going the extra mile and being super energetic.

  Nice people working at FedEx but be aware of their PARKING. crazy, rude people are working there. They wrote us a ticket for NO reason while we’re in FedEx for less than 15 minutes just to collect money (the parking guy called the parking enforcement). Then admitted it but didn’t do nothing and asked me to contest it myself. Ridiculous. Never coming back
