  I've been with Allstate since 2020, and I'm done with them. I had auto insurance with them. Earlier this year they told me I have a point on my driver's record from 2021? So my insurance went from 168$ a month to 240$ a month. So I called the DMV and they said I have no points. And they wanted 500 bucks this month to renew my policy 🙄 So I called AAA for a free quote, they ran my driver's record and said I have no points in my record and they don't know what Allstate was talking about. So I called Allstate, the West Covina office, and explained to them that I have no points on my record and I should get the safe driver's discount. The representative was very rude, I'm not going to post her name, so she said I have to go to the DMV and get a printout and take it to them to prove that I have no points on my record. I explained to them that I had just called AAA for an insurance quote and they ran my record in 5 minutes so I asked the rep why she can't do that? She was just rude!!! So I'm with AAA auto insurance now and I'm saving money. At Allstate, every 6 months you get a balloon payment to renew your policy. At AAA they're policies are good for a year, and at the end of the year, you just pay the monthly payment to renew your policy. Allstate wanted 500 dollars this month to renew my policy 🙄 what a joke. Well the joke is on them, because I'm going to spread the word about not going to Allstate!!!!!!!!! Go to AAA for great prices and good people. They should close down the West Covina office. Trust everyone, go to AAA if your a member. And to Allstate, you can kiss my !%#

  Great service. Got me a quote, binded the insurance and was in and out in 30 mins. E-signed document made it super easy and walked out with new home owners policy. The best saved me $1100 a year
