  Just disappointing jacuzzi didn't work. The ice machine on the third floor didn't work. The third floor the ACs working at a bare minimum hottest place in the whole hotel was on the third floor we were there for 4 days on the last day of the waffle machine quit working.

  The worse. Paid 150 a night. Wasn't worth 10 bucks a night. Best part was Ricardo at the front desk. Nice guy! Dirty hotel, carpet disgusting. Breakfast ended at 9a, weird that's breakfast time. Never again with this hotel. And get ashtrays in smoking area so people don't leave butts on the ground to tacky up the hotel further. Where are the in hotel trash cans? You know so we don't have to pile up trash in our rooms. Do better Best Western!

  Definitely wasn't impressed. I stayed here 3 different times and each time the ac sucked. The rooms were very hot. The breakfast was mediocre. The biscuits were cold and not baked. The eggs were overcooked.

  Clean room, nice lobby, smart tv, pool n gym. Breakfast have lot of options for American fruits, bagel, bread, oats, milk cereal, waffle cofee etc etc Pillows are horrible. Not a very comfortable mattress n pillows. If mattress n pillows would have given sound sleep then it could be 5 star. Customer service is nice

  I've been coming here for years. And everything is lovely. I just want to point out how amazing Alejandra is. She always is so helpful ,kind and professional downstairs in the breakfast cafe,during continental breakfast hours. I have a family of four ,my children are disabled,and gathering food for everyone can be overwhelming. She always helps me package my food and even prepare the waffles for me. I appreciate her so much. That's one thing that sticks out to me everyime I visit and her helpfulness makes our experience here so much better. Thankyou Alejandra!! If there's one thing that keeps me coming back ,it's definitely the breakfast experience here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
