  I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store while trying to get a time sensitive document notarized. An employee named Nereida who refused to provide notary services because the middle name field on the document was left blank. My mother does not have a middle name, so the field was intentionally left empty. When I explained this, Nereida responded, “I don’t know what to tell you,” and refused to help. She is completely unknowledgeable and her employment should be reconsidered. Her attitude was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. I ended up going to another notary in town the same day, and they immediately confirmed that leaving the middle name field blank was not an issue and completed the notarization without any problems. Avoid this location for notary services.

  I went to the ups store today in Watsonville for a notoriety service and had such a wonderful experience, I would like to thank Sofia for her kindness and positive attitude. She was extremely helpful and patient, she was also working alongside her positive coworker that cheerfully greeted us when we walked in. It shocks me that anyone would ever have anything negative to say about this wonderful establishment. I have never had a negative experience at the Watsonville location thanks again for all your help with all my shipping needs and Amazon returns! 5 stars all day everyday
