    Extremely unprofessional experience. From the moment I walked in with my kids, the employee rushed us to order even after I said I wasn’t ready. I had already placed an order through the app using a valid deal, and she told me I couldn’t use it — despite it already being submitted and paid. She barely added toppings and I had to ask for more. Then once we sat down to eat, she told us we couldn’t dine inside because they close at 9:30 — it was only 8:55. Her attitude was rude and dismissive throughout. When I asked for her name, she hesitated, and when I asked for the manager’s name, she said she didn’t know. This place isn’t cheap, and I expect basic professionalism and respect, especially when dining with my children. Completely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend.

    January 11, 2026 This subway location is a terrible place to buy sandwiches. The workers are not professional. My friend and I were there to buy sandwiches. My friend ordered a tuna sandwich and asked the bread to be toasted. The worker toasted the bread first before asking if she wanted cheese. My friend said yes I want cheese, so the bread was hot with non-melted cheese. Afterwards she left the bread on the counter to talk to her co-worker. Finally completed the order. We had a coupon so we received chips and soda. The worker did not give us straw or cover for the cup, I had to ask for it. When I paid for my sandwich, the worker threw my change on my hand. Those people that work there need to be taught customer service. They probably didn't think anybody would notice there bad behavior.
