  Extremely concerning experience. I brought sensitive documents here for shredding, and shortly afterward experienced fraudulent credit card charges. I can’t definitively prove a connection, but the timing was alarming enough that I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location with personal information or sensitive services. I would strongly encourage others to use caution when handling private documents or financial information here.

  I wouldn't normally write a review for a delivery company because that's kind of random, but my experience at this UPS location was too positive to not share. I came in Wednesday, 5/13 around 11:30am, so just a bit before the lunch rush. Warned the gal that was helping me that I had A LOT of Amazon returns to make, like upwards of 20, and her response? "That's okay, that's what we're here for!" She proceeded to help me efficiently, while also acknowledging every customer that walked in right behind me, "Welcome! We'll be right with you". Good customer service is rare and hard to come across nowadays. Amazon returns are always a drag and embarrassing if you have 10+ returns to make, but the service I received from this location makes me feel less ashamed about having to make them. Glad I have my new go-to UPS.

  Robert was so helpful and fantastic! We didnt end up purchasing anything but he was so so so helpful!
