  I’ve had a mailbox here for years. The old owner, Amy, was a lot more pleasant than described here in these reviews. The poor woman had some unfortunate setbacks which contributed to her mood. Naturally. The new owners seem extremely pleasant and eager to help. Dina has been there for sometime and is just an incredible employee. I like the location I like the store. I like the people. I’ve never really had a problem.

  All I have to say is: NEW ownership!! I avoided this UPS store for years, even though it’s ridiculously close to my house. I read a good review and decided to give it another chance and I’m so happy I did! The new owners have really cleaned up the store it looks and smells new. Also, they have fantastic customer service, and are well staffed. I highly recommend giving the new owners a chance!

  Awesome location!! They really cleaned it up, looks so amazing now! Staff is always super nice and have lots of patience. Bonus points is the location so you can stop by when running errands!

  After they changed owners the store has gotten so much better! Everyone is super friendly and it's very clean. I used to go to a different UPS even though this was is much closer to me but now I'm back!

  Finally, new ownership has made this store a pleasure to visit. Friendly and hospitable owners, friendly staff. Organized and brighter. I'm returning to patronize this store since I decided to go elsewhere the last three years. What a welcome change to the shopping center!
