  We came in for a passport photo for our baby, and the team at this UPS Store was incredibly kind and helpful. Taking a passport photo for a young baby is not exactly easy, but they were patient, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us get it done. It’s rare to come across people who are so willing to help with something a little out of the ordinary. We really appreciated their kindness and great customer service. Thank you so much.

  Jessica and Jason at UPS at the Orchard Shopping center in Walnut Creek give the best service and personal attention. Whenever I have something special to copy I go there because they always listen and create the best possible outcome. My requests are never easy, but they work together and are motivated to make me happy. In fact today, Jessica would not stop be be more perfect even though I already was 100 % satisfied with what she had printed so far. She said “ I want to do a perfect job”. Besides this attention to detail both Jessica and Jason have a great sense of humor. It is so good to laugh with them. It is a treat for me to go there because I ride my bike and enjoy “the outing”.

  I came in today to get my fingerprints scanned, and the gentleman who welcomed me was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, I did have an uncomfortable interaction with the older woman assisting the gentleman ahead of me. She came across as rude and somewhat dismissive when asking about payment, even after I explained that my payment information had already been collected when I booked the appointment. The interaction made me feel as though I didn’t know what I was talking about, which was frustrating. It turned out that my payment information had already been processed correctly at the time of booking, as I had originally explained. 🤷🏽‍♀️
