  Jessica and Jason at UPS at the Orchard Shopping center in Walnut Creek give the best service and personal attention. Whenever I have something special to copy I go there because they always listen and create the best possible outcome. My requests are never easy, but they work together and are motivated to make me happy. In fact today, Jessica would not stop be be more perfect even though I already was 100 % satisfied with what she had printed so far. She said “ I want to do a perfect job”. Besides this attention to detail both Jessica and Jason have a great sense of humor. It is so good to laugh with them. It is a treat for me to go there because I ride my bike and enjoy “the outing”.

  I came in today to get my fingerprints scanned, and the gentleman who welcomed me was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, I did have an uncomfortable interaction with the older woman assisting the gentleman ahead of me. She came across as rude and somewhat dismissive when asking about payment, even after I explained that my payment information had already been collected when I booked the appointment. The interaction made me feel as though I didn’t know what I was talking about, which was frustrating. It turned out that my payment information had already been processed correctly at the time of booking, as I had originally explained. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  0 stars. I visited the UPS Store recently and had a very disappointing experience. One of the employees (older African American woman) was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional during a simple interaction. I was treated with unnecessary attitude and felt unwelcome as a customer. Customer service should be respectful and courteous regardless of the situation. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the overall customer experience.

  Victor the young man from De La Salle is such a helpful worker, from helping me with my printing and shipping needs to lamination and a few other action items. Also wanted to mention Jason the older gentleman working there who was extremely patient throughout my fingerprinting experience, although my prints may have been worn he really pulled through and encouraged me throughout the whole thing
