  What a disappointment. Not only was my package not delivered, but they never called me when the package was sent back to the store. To add insult to injury, he blamed me! Terrible experience, I won’t be coming back.

  Honestly what a terrible experience. My package was delivered to the store because The other location Closed permanently. All packages were supposed to be routed to This location but when I went there nobody could find my package for 10 days I was told I'd be called and nobody called me. I finally went in again to see where it was at my package on the floor they then refused to hand it over unless I paid a $10 holding fee how can you lose somebody's package then claim to be owed $10 for holding that Package. I'm definitely filing a comp complaint with the Better Business Bureau over this. It's only $10 but it's the principal

  Crazy to me that this UPS store location decided to move to a parking lot that requires you to pay for minimum 1 hour parking. Makes zero sense to me to pay for parking when you are dropping off packages that is a 2 minute ordeal. And you cannot pay for less than an hour. The first time I went after they moved from Botehlo Dr., I was gone from my car for 2 minutes and was charged a $75 ticket. I am never going to this location ever again. I don't understand the logic behind this move, it was a poor choice for customers.
