  The 3 ladies working there were so efficient, professional & friendly. I called and they answered right away, provided me all the information I needed and when I visited there were about 5 customers and they were all served very quickly, one of the employees even ended up packaging one of the customer's return items which I thought was above and beyond, and they also had cute stickers for children.

  I was assisted by a very impressive young man who knew what to do when email attachments disappeared. He worked with me to do a custom print job. Careful attention to detail, helpful service and relief that my important document will arrive safe in their hands. Nice team.

  They handle things quickly, on time, and accurately. There’s plenty of parking, and the store wasn't crowded.

  OMG, UPS’s reply below is some bad joke. They say materials, labor, time, etc. I am telling you different story - UPS charges $3 per page if what you print on the SAME piece of paper, using the SAME materials, the SAME time spent, the SAME labor only if what you print is a shipping label. If there is anything else you print - they charge $0.5. —— Extremely greedy printing policy. If you print a single page with anything but shipping label they charge $0.5 which is fine, but if you print a shipping label on the same size paper - they will charge you around $3 per page. The content on the page defines the cost. How this is even legal?
