  I just had a remarkable experience at the Walnut Creek UPS store. In about 20 minutes, I printed everything from five or six differently formatted documents. And I walked out with presentation options making me ready for the next days meeting A really awesome team! I will never buy another printer

  Always very helpful and friendly for the last decade that I have been a customer. I was pleasantly surprised that they have notaries when I needed some legal docs notarized. Overall a very nice and helpful crew.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been receiving my mail and packages from this UPS Store (Palos Verdes Mall in Walnut Creek) for nearly 20 years—through various owners. While I’ve appreciated the service over time, this current team is by far the best. They are a cohesive group who consistently deliver professional, competent, and genuinely kind service. From shipping and package handling to printing, copies, and passport ID services, everything is handled with care and expertise. They also offer many services now that were never previously available. The new owner is doing an amazing job, and it shows—he and the team are clearly “locked in” and working toward excellence. We moved about 15 minutes away, and there are other UPS options much closer to our home, but we still choose to come back to Walnut Creek because they take such good care of us. You’re not what you do occasionally—you’re what you do consistently. And at this store, the consistency is exactly what makes the difference. Highly recommend.
