  Large, spacious, clean, well-stocked and brightly lit. It’s nice that it still feels like the old “Kinko’s”. Parking can be tight during peak hours. One star for those. The service though needs to be greatly improved. Not looking for a friend, but your work is in “service” so do at least the minimum of what is expected. I have used this facility multiple times, not by choice, but every time I am there some of the staff makes me feel like I owe them gratitude for working there. I can let go of the lack of pleasantries and smiles, but simple questions that were frowned upon or ridiculed is unacceptable. I just hope their doctors don’t treat them as they treat their customers.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elena at the Mt. Diablo FedEx Office! We came in struggling with the sizing and printing for a DIY wedding project, and she immediately went above and beyond to help us. She figured out the correct sizing, helped us choose the perfect paper, made sure everything printed correctly, and then even helped us cut everything out! She also showed us how to use the cutter so we could work alongside her. We genuinely could not have completed this project without her. Elena was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I honestly can’t remember ever receiving customer service this exceptional. FedEx is so lucky to have her, and I truly hope management recognizes what an amazing employee she is. Thank you, Elena, for making our wedding project come together perfectly!

  I’ve been a business customer at this store location for many years. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. I have had many of my Canva designed marketing materials printed here over the years - trifold brochures, seasonal marketing posters, canvas mounted marketing images, business cards. I highly recommend for all personal and business needs.
