  I ordered through door dash for delivery and received the wrong order. I contacted door dash and called the store and spoke with the shift manager. I didn’t catch her name but she was really helpful, she helped correct my order and even threw in some extra stuff, I got my order quick after calling.

  ordered wings on uber eats, barely any sauce on the wings first of all, chunks of chicken missing from the wings looks like someone pinched them or ate some, with bite marks on it. Unacceptable , I ordered under Bradley Hefley at 11:30ishpm 8/11/2026

  My voodoo fries were soggy, cold, and over seasoned, my chicken had feathers still attached to the skin and the staff kept rubbing their hands over their pants as if they were sanitary wipes! Not to mention the egotistical manager who can’t notice his workers on their phones at work because he himself is! I question the food safety and WILL be going to San Marcos instead from now on.

  My order was missing 4 pcs of wings! Not good wingstop!!! Chicken wings were tough and hard. Most of the wings still have feathers... 😒
