  I have ever had such a poor experience at UPS until today. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I was sending back three separate packages and for each package She asked me if I needed tape and that I was going to be charged two dollars for tape per package to tape them closed unless I did a review. I agreed to the review and she still charged me. Poor customer service. I will never come back to this location.

  Michael’s customer service was exceptional! He was attentive and happy to help me resolve my problems. Service was quick and easy. I will definitely be returning to use this UPS location again soon. Thank you!

  I’ve come a few times very clean and nice people but omg so expensive Litterally they charge for everything!!! One piece of tape and their packing service pricing is very high. Penny pinching… it sucks:/

  Wow! Our lady holds herself SO together when people question prices that are beyond her control. Shipping prices have a formula. It is what it is. When there is a line of 10 people and a lady stands there and does math outloud and nothing changes. Our lady smiles and says yes and thank you when I would have asked the customer to step aside and let the others go through the line.... such incredible patience. 💙💙💙
