  Reshma is the main reason I come to this UPS! I have had so many mixed experiences at so many different UPS stores, and I can honestly say that Reshma make standing in line and returns so efficient and seamless! I am an incredibly busy mom of two and she is always so welcoming so professional so personal and works tirelessly to ensure that every person staying in line is taken care of expediently! This store Would not run the same way without her! She is a blessing to the entire community!

  As others have pointed out, dropped off packages/Amazon returns seem to just sit on a shelf here. This means slow Amazon refunds and slow shipping when nothing happens for an entire business day and it just sits on a shelf. This is just unacceptable. Also customer service is non-existent, cashier didn't say a word to me.

  Reshma was absolutely amazing. She was there by herself and the store was extremely busy, but she handled everything so professionally and efficiently. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure every customer was taken care of as quickly as possible. You could tell she was working really hard, and she still maintained such a positive attitude. She deserves recognition for the amazing job she was doing. Thank you for making my experience so easy and pleasant!
