  I go to this UPS for all of my Amazon returns and shipments. Everyone is very helpful and efficient even when it’s busy. Alicia is usually the one who helps me and she has never made it feel like an inconvenience even when it’s a pile of returns when I am figuring out house projects which is usually the experience doing returns at other places. Great UPS!

  Jacky and Alicia are the most helpful, kind, and creative employees I have had the pleasure of meeting. I had a ridiculously large bean bag to return for Amazon and they helped me create a patchwork box to accommodate it. Give these girls a raise!

  Everyone is this location is awesome!! Not only with shipping things but with how to ship and even helping my husband figure out how to pack a whole bike into their available boxes!! A lot of the times there is a line but it goes quick, as they are very effective!

  Reshma was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond my expectations to assist me. She made the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. I truly appreciated her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help with everything I needed. I will certainly be returning to this office in the future and highly recommend working with Reshma!

  I was overcharged for international shipping by $145. The cost they charged my for a small package was $199. I know this because I compared this with another postal company for a similar package, same weight and same location for $54 and it got there quicker.
