I understand that it was lunch time and the location is also doing online orders but the lady that made my sandwich had no customer service. There was no eye contact and she made my sandwich sloppy. The lady worker was also rushing me through my sandwich. When I would ask for a specific request she would seem annoyed. When she closed up my sandwich she left it open faced then just wrapped it. I have worked for subway and as I’ve said I understand lunch is a crazy time but that doesn’t justify behavior. She could have simply asked me to hold on a second as she finished an online order.

I ordered one hour ahead so i can pick up on my lunch time. I walked in smiled of course and told them i had an order for pickup. The guy at the counter said they haven’t started it, of course my face dropped (because i ordered WAY ahead of time) the guy said it’ll be a 15 minute wait. i said okay ill wait and i sat down at one of their tables. (there was no line when i got there)
They had it printed but not ready.
Three workers were there just talking. (two females one male)
Correct me if i’m wrong but pick up time is the time to pick up, not sit there and wait. i literally put in my order AN HOUR before so i wouldn’t have to wait.
When i finally received my order the girl at the counter said “sorry” and set my sandwich on the counter i said it’s okay thanks and grabbed my order. finally the relief LOL i was starving. I’ve worked fast food so i know how it feels when customers are rude or disrespectful towards you so I made sure to NOT be like that bc it’s a miserable way to live and spread.
I got to my car and i opened up my order just to see items missing, no cheese, no mayo or sauce, barely any lettuce and the BACK PIECES of tomato. WHAT? HELLO? What did i do? I didn’t come in with any attitude or in a rude way. I simply asked for my order???? The employees should’ve told me if there wasn’t enough ingredients or restocked from the back. Especially since there were three of them there! I was shocked. They need new management here, who trained these people? Who HIRED them? What kind of management lets food go out like that?
i always approach people kindly and understanding. i was actually looking forward to my meal making my day better and i even let it go after the fact that i had to wait because i’m a forgiving person but as soon as i opened my sandwich i realized its just the team working that’s the problem. hope these people get treated how they treat others. And i hope management grows a pair to have a talk about their performance. if an employee doesn’t wanna do their job, send them home or fire them that simple 🤷🏽♀️

The worst customer experience I've ever had! They missed adding 6-7 toppings we had requested online and when we informed the manager, Jonathan he promised us a free sandwich next day that he will be there to make himself. What a LIAR! He never showed up and instead told his employee to tell us that he changed his mind and will look into video for proof! Adding more insult to injury! What a sick management not to trust our very negative experience!
