  Starting to lose respect for this place they have changed policies and regulations with no form of notifications no text messages or anything there's no customer loyalty or anything like that have been with cricket for more than 22 years now starting to think it's time to find another carrier

  Very helpful staff. I was able to get my acp phone with service for free. Answerd all my questions and had me on my way
