  Very disappointed. I asked for two ranches and he charged me for them but never put them inside the bag. So when I got home 10 mins later they weren’t there. I had to then go drive back to get them because I ain’t pay 5 dollars just for two more ranches and never got them. Also, I asked for cajun corn and when I got them completely dry. No seasoning. I’m so disappointed because this is my second time going and it wasn’t it. The first time the works were nice and ever offered the survey to do. However when I went there were only 3 workers.

  My experience at this location was very disappointing. The app estimated an 18–23 minute wait, but I ended up waiting around 45 minutes for my order. It seems like the wait times shown in the app are not accurate, so customers should be prepared for a much longer wait. The restaurant appeared disorganized, with a constant stream of delivery drivers waiting for orders. During my visit, employees were using inappropriate language loudly enough for customers to hear. Overall, customer service and order management need significant improvement. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the experience at this location.
