  I keep choosing online ordering because it's supposed to save time, but lately it's been doing the opposite. Almost every time I come in, I end up waiting around 30 minutes after the pickup time. I can see my bag sitting there, but it still takes a long time before anyone hands it to me. By the time I finally get my order, my food is cold. Waiting that long for some mid wings just isn't worth it.

  Very quiet and peaceful the day I went in, I've loved wing stop since I first found them, fantastic wings great flavor options service has always been fast and ive always had seating. Drink options are plentiful staff are always polite and happy to help.

  I have always had a great experience at this location whether it be for pick up, dine in, or delivery. Staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a wrong order or missing item. Best wings and fries in town for sure!

  I went in at 11:40 pm when they close at 1:00 am everyday but they couldn’t take my order in person I need to make it online .

  I called and the girl said there was a wait and hung up so I tried calling back. I was literally blowing them up and nobody answered so I figured they were busy. I went by and nobody was there. It was completely dead and nobody was in the front so they had no excuse for not answering. I had told the employee that I’ve been calling and calling and nobody answered and he just said the cashier was on break. Horrible customer service.
