  This store has such rude, unfriendly employees that can care less of customers and our business. Very surprise that owners and managers allow this behavior. Lines get so long with customers while worker's just stay in back talking instead of helping. Unfortunately, we are stuck with this store being the nearest one in our area.

  I picked this local UPS Store to pick up my package. So I show up and to my surprise, my package was GIVEN to SOMEONE ELSE! Are you kidding me! The reason I selected this option is so my package does not get stolen from my front door. Let alone this item is no longer available in stores. Truly disappointing situation. What happened to checking drivers license to make sure it is the correct person. Update: The UPS Store was able to get my package back from the person it was given to. A huge scare no doubt. Thank You

  Twice my order has been brought here and twice it's been handed to me sitting on its side. It's clearly marked 'this end up'. This time my package was so thrown around that you could hear the candles moving around in the box.
