Despite being told in the past that overnight cut off is at noon on Saturdays, today I was told it really depends on the driver and what time they get there. They essentially stated they do not have a set cut off. This is not an acceptable practice, as it makes it impossible to run a business that relies on timely delivery. A client will no longer be able to receive the keys to their house on Monday because of this policy, despite me arriving well before the time I was told cut off was.

This place would get 0 stars if possible. Shipped an item, paid $22 extra for "professional" packaging. Was supposed to have 2" of padding around inside perimeter of box and items secured together to prevent movement of parts. My customer received the item completely damaged! Little to no padding was used and nothing was secured, causing extensive further damage. When I filed a claim, 3 weeks later I found out it was denied because the owner, Oni, took the word of her poorly trained employee over her customer's. "Sammy" lied to his boss about everything to save his behind. I wrote in to Consumer Affairs and to the UPS Corporate division that oversees these franchises and re-opened the case. They will take your $ and destroy your shipment! Beware!! Go elsewhere!!
