  Originally started at Staples & they didn't have a box that I needed Went to UPS store on Mooney & Marina was a Huge Help! She package, bubble wrapped & taped the box up. The store closed at 3pm (Sunday), I was there at 2.15pm & she made shipping my package a breeze! Mission completed by 2.30p. Thank You Marina

  Although this posted under my moms name for some reason, my name is Sage Lee. I had a very hard return today to Amazon. They had sent to many of each item I ordered and the girl there helped me tremendously! She was named after the ocean. Amazon had divided the return into many orders. It was very complicated. She helped me sort everything out and we made it work somehow. I am so grateful for her patience and knowledge of how to remedy amazons chaotic mistake.

  "Updating my review since the owner left a comment." I did reach out multiple times and each time I'm told to wait a couple days untill whoever is done investigating the situation or that theres nothing you guys can do because the package was lost twice and sender has to refile a claim. I also had a ups driver come to my house without any packages, just to ask questions when I called to ask about why they came to my home without my package but asked questions the employee said they had no knowledge or notes about this. (I have cameras, so I have proof) At this point it's becoming not only an inconvenience but ridiculous at how horrible this ups location is run. I'm out money because of how incompetent the employees are here and I'm not reaching out again, not will I do business with ups anymore! These airhead employees lost a package not once but twice and gave me a run around because they didn't want to look bad at losing it a second time. What use are these delivery drivers if they can't even do their job at delivering a simple package?
