Janelli has been awesome, customer service, has helped me tremendously. Taking away my stress
I stopped at this UPS location to send a prepaid shipment, and the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted in fact, I was cut off by an employee while I was in the line.
When I asked the employee, Janelli, if she could add a “Fragile” sticker or note to my box, she dismissively told me, “You can go buy stickers from the shop.” Considering I had already paid $850 for this shipment, I don’t think adding a simple note or label was an unreasonable request.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed issues at this location. The employees consistently seem unmotivated and uninterested in helping customers. There’s a clear lack of basic customer service, support, and professionalism.
At then end, Janelli handed me a receipt without saying anything or asking if I need anything else. I ended up being charged for buying $5 stickers!
This location seriously needs attention, training professionalism and oversight from the company, as the quality of service is going downhill.

Something to be aware of... shredding services.
Simple shredding project, keep in mind that if it was at 8.4 pound they will round up to 9 pounds. Not sure why they couldn't put exact weight in their register but I had no other option since I am traveling.
Our world is interesting. Thank you for your round up service.

This UPS store location is a bit difficult to find and there isn't much immediate parking directly in front of the store. But the staff was very nice and I was in and out so quickly. Didn't have to wait in line. (Side note: I was doing an amazon return)
When it comes to Amazon returns, I have my head up my butt. Ask any employee there. Mostly because transferring from flip phone to smartphone was recent. Anyways, today was no exception and Marina was fabulous!
