First time shipping anything from this location. I Was helped by a lady name Ms. Weaver...She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She gave me all the options available to me and even help me save a few bucks by placing my items in FedEx package. I wish all FedEx locations had a Ms. Weaver, she is the epitome of an amazing employee with excellent Customer service skills. You can tell she takes pride in what she does by how she engage with her Customers and even her colleagues. Kudos to Ms. Weaver, you made my experience at the Visalia location wonderful!!!
