  $8 dollar charge to show a older couple how to make copies from there copy machine. FYI... drove to office depot great customer service, answer questions and help with the process of making copies without charge of know how. Don't waste your time or money worst customer service FedEx store I ever encountered.

  There was absolutely no one else at FedEx today. There were two employees working there. One of them was just playing around on the computer, and the other one was also on the computer—I honestly don’t know what she was doing. I waited ten minutes just to have them print a label, and they never printed it because they claimed they hadn’t received the email. We were trying to print an email—we weren’t waiting for an Uber. This is the third time this exact same thing has happened. The customer service is absolutely terrible and unacceptable. I have never experienced such horrible service. This is the last time I will ever come to this location.
