  Went in to upgrade my phone the employee informed me that cricket required insurance, I told her I dont buy the insurance. Today, about 2 weeks later got notification that i had been enrolled in the protection plan. What?!! Beware folks, be very careful and aware.

  I didn't realize they were about to close & she was still very helpful I got my charger & was on my way. I've always had great service at the Cricket stores.
