  Aparentemente algo escondido pero bien ubicado junto a la 198 y rápido acceso a la 99. Hay un parque de golf enfrente. Precios, servicios y habitaciones bien.

  The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was good and refilled on time. Quiet place for a great sleep.

  I am one not to complain, but this one needs to bed heard. They didn't give us the right room to start. We decided to open the pull out couch and see if it would work for us. That was a big negative, I asked my kids to leave the room. There was a ton of let's say body fluids on the mattress. There was no way I was going to let them sleep there, also there was no beding. Went to the lobby to ask for a refund, and I was to no, even after explaining everything. The answer i received was we don't make those beds unless you ask. OK, do you change the mattress? No! This was extremely messed up. They ended up putting us in a 2 queen room that was ADA, this room smelled so back of chemicals. It was so late the kids and I just went to bed! We woke up feeling like garbage! Never ever will I say at a Best Western again.

  Worst pillows Ever! Bed was lumpy. Also, I was so excited to take a bath until... I lower my body in a bathtub with a bunch of Someone Else's hair in it. Disgusting...good try Lillia of housekeeping . The front desk and breakfast ladies were very kind though. The elevator has a mind it's own. It closed ON ME, as in, it closed on my Body. It's was stairs for me after that. You should really get that fixed. Before someone sues the place.

  I am not a fan at all of this hotel. Paint peeling in room 101, smells and the virtual assistant is not a way to have a customer service forward company. The only shining light was Amanda who made the breakfast every morning, our group really enjoyed her presence. Also, please be in compliance with the elevator inspection. That’s a safety issue
