  We had a good stay here. I am liking the Best Western Inn hotels. The rooms are fully equipped. It has a desk, chair , some lamps and closet space. They also serve cooked hot breakfast which is really nice. Would recommend

  Ice machine on the first floor was loud and kept shooting out ice all night. Other than that the place was great

  Do not appreciate dealing with a screen to check in. The lady that comes on talks very loud and it’s quite irritating to not have someone present at the front desk to help when you need it. If best western is going to using a screen to check people in and lose its customer services than maybe my loyalty to the brand is not worth it. Coming from a Diamond member. Put the receptionist back up front they provide great service. This screen nonsense is ridiculous. Marked my service to a 1 for this reason no other reason than that. Fix this best western. Do better

  I wanted to share an incident that happened recently. The big white lady who works at the front desk came out to speak to some people who were waiting for me to leave the dirt area. I had a room with my family, and she told them to leave. However, she didn’t inform the guy who was being a creep out there in a black Ford F350. He was drinking and swinging a big hammer around, passing by cars in his truck and doing burnouts at the other hotel parking lot next door. Despite this, she came out with a hand light, telling my friend to leave. She was rude, but I understand that my friend was on the phone with me and had already told me that the dirt lot is only for customers to stay there.
