  There's a very good reason why 17 of the 38 reviews left for this UPS store are a one star review - it's the owner. He is a rude man who should not be doing anything that involves customer service. He creates rules that other UPS stores do not follow and he refuses service. You have to go to another UPS store that is in Orange to get the service you need. Someone should report this store to UPS and maybe UPS will force him to comply with services and practices that all UPS stores are supposed to offer. UPS customers should not be forced to go to another UPS store that is further away just because the owner of this UPS store is clearly a problem. 45% of his customer reviews are a testiment as to what the problem is - the owner.

  Good UPS store. The man who works there always guide me on the process to send out a package (it gets confusing with qr codes, what to mark out on the package, etc). Plus I've never had to wait long. It's also a very clean store - I saw him dusting and wiping the surfaces! I recommend this location

  I wish the staff were friendlier, especially given that the location is in such a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, the team often comes across as rude and unhelpful, as if they’re consistently in a bad mood - especially the blonde tall lady. The store was empty, I walked in with returns and mail while I greeted the blonde lady who was behind the counter. I did not get a greeting or acknowledgment, waited in awkward silence. I eventually walked out.
