  Just a reminder… always check your order here, they always either miss items or give the wrong items when doing a pickup or delivery (regardless of ordering from their website or other services. Happens all the time. They need to step up training.

  Me and my wife spend a lot of money here I called to ask for a side of original hot instead of the ranch and the lady said no problem she will put in the bag. Then I get my order and they don’t give me any sauce at all. So I call again and now the lady said you didn’t pay for the side so we didn’t send it. I hope it was worth our business eating there more than 10 times a month. Will no longer support any of the wing stops out here after that horrible customer service I received. 🤔

  I came to this place regularly because my son loves the food here but today I felt really disappointed for how long it takes to be ready and also the chicken was very dry they didn’t even apologize for the mistake they make with my order it was very unprofessional…

  The manager Lily is very rude. She has an immediate attitude when spoken to. They messed up on my order which was missing wings and they refused to help.
