  I just purchased 6 cookies and they taste old and a little hard I even ask if they could warm them up and the guy said no they had me waiting at first for 5 min and they saw me and told me we will be with u in a min and when he came back from eating at the back then help me and told me he was new employees so he could do what I ask ... ok I guess

  Got both my mobile orders wrong. Called the store and they acted like it was my fault when everything was dpecific on my mobile receipt

  Out of the two employees here, Alejandra, was rude and had attitude the whole time as she took our order. Then as we were getting our drink, we tried to get ice, We asked her if she was out of ice, She rolled her eyes and gave us a dirty look as she turned the machine on from behind the counter. We also noticed she treated customers after us the same was as we sat down and ate our meal.
