I placed an order for pick up online. I came to the store and literally stood there for 1/2 hour, they were very busy but wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I left, did an errand, came back about 20 mins later and my order still wasn’t there. I had made a mistake and ordered to the wrong store. That’s on me, what’s not on me is the first 1/2 hour I stood there, no one could talk to me, no one would even look at me. When I came back I was frustrated at this point I forced them to acknowledge me, and the tiny, lil Asian lady had an attitude, she wanted to argue then she said I was screaming at her! No, I had raised my voice some out of pure frustration but then I did scream at her so she’d know the difference. I understand they were very busy but I waited too long to be ignored, then to have her want to argue and blame me, but it simply could have been avoided 100% in the first few mins. All they had to do was look up the order and I would have been on my way. Close to an hour of my life is gone! That upsets me a great deal! I them went to pick up my order at the Duni location, was treated very politely, and I explained it to the nice gentleman there. He did apologize even though it was the rude lady at the other store. I’ll go to the Duni location from now on.
