  Manager would rather lose a customer than provide good service. I used to enjoy coming here for all of my various needs. I have spent a decent amount of money sending items and paying for the packaging of said items, I've never once complained about the cost. Recently I brought in an amazon return that was required to be in its original packaging- which it was. I forgot to put a new piece of tape across the box to secure it and they tried to charge me $2 for a piece of tape. This is 'enshitification' at its finest, penny wise, pound foolish. I spoke to Irene, the manager, who robotically informed me that customers cost them too much money in tape, essentially, so that's the policy. The UPS store chooses to lose my business for the price of a piece of tape. I explained that her policy made me feel as if UPS does not value my business and the bad will this piece of tape cost them seems like a bad business decision. She just nodded and smiled and said that was fine with her. Years of good will from the previous good service is now gone and I'm angry to have lost this business relationship.

  Liars. Blatantly don't care about their customers. It literally, actually, unquestionably says (and I quote) "Open 7 Days" on the door. Like you have to push through it to get inside.... (Spoiler alert: They are not open 7 days)

  You badly overcharged. Total ripoff..charging a large packing fee of $286 for stuff that weighed less than a pound. I’ll never recommend UPS again

  Rayanna was doing the work of 3 employees. I hope she is being recognized and getting paid for it. Remodeling and she still can work in an organized matter. She went above and beyond to help me I appreciate her customer service
