  Went to return 2 items today, “free ups drop off” as stated on the Amazon website, one was a bed rail for toddlers, medium sized box, about 25 pounds, the second one was a keychain. First code was for the medium 25 pound box, was told “10.99 shipping charge” dumbfounded, canceled the return, started a new return, just to see again, “drop off at any ups location” but I didn’t want to argue and moved on to the second item, the keychain. Was told, “that one is no charge” 😑😑😑😑 go figure. I wonder why they don’t have a sign that says, “will charge for my personal effort and labor to lift your returns” that would be more straight.

  Had a pre paid UPS label sent me to return an item. This store quoted me $5.00 to print it out…one sheet of paper for $5.00 is ridiculous! Update with photo: It was not an Amazon return, it was a prepaid UPS label that your store wanted to charge me $5.00 to print out!

  Doesn’t do Happy Returns. Cannot tell you where to go to return a package. Attitude unsmiling no polite forms—apparently doesn’t like these returns.
