  Poor customer service. Went there twice for a new phone. The first time, about 3-4 months ago, I bought a new phone. I didn't realize this until later but they secretly signed me up for their warranty plan, "Cricket Protect", even though I was not asked and they did not tell me. I didn't realize this until today. Yesterday we went to buy another phone for my brother. They did the same thing. They did not tell us or ask us but they signed us up their their cricket protect plan (this total $16/month). When confronted, the support team told us that they can't do anything about it and they will not refund us. I threatened to sue them for fraud and they still said they can't do anything and later I received an email "reminding" me that their terms include an arbitration clause (basically threatening to sue me for breach of contract if I sue them for fraud). This is so unethical and I will probably be switching providers. I highly do not recommend cricket wireless.

  The salesperson mislead me about the price of a phone and bundled it with a bunch of accessories that I didn't need, and she signed me up for an insurance plan that I didn't want that I found out about when my auto pay went through. Very shady business practices. I do not recommend.
