  Staff there is unhelpful..I needed to replace phone..I have protection plan on phone..I got into the one on main St Ventura..lady with black hair tells me nothing they can do.. arguing with me.. raising her voice... I go back next day young kid..gave me a phone number to call to get my replacement phone..that's easy...lady with tattoos and black hair really just wanted to to buy need phone... NEVER GO TO THIS STORE IN VENTURA ON MAIN ST. ......

  We had a good experience here. Jose and Edguardo sold my wife and I new phones with a new plan. Great deal! They were able to answer all of our questions, they switched over our numbers from Verizon, and they set us up for automatic payments. For $70/month, my wife and I are getting unlimited talk and text, plus 2.5 Gb of data at LTE speed each (if we go over on our data, the speed just slows to 3G). The price is out the door, taxes included. The phones work great, the network is AT&T and works great… nothing negative to say.
