  I came in for a brow & lip wax and Mikayla was wonderful. After she mapped my eyebrows , my eyes seem bigger. I am 53 with older skin and she knew how to wax me. She also helped suggest product for my pores which are large and after using the product for a week, I have gotten compliments on how great my skin looks. Thank you Mikayla! I will be back!

  Lupita is amazing! 10/10 would come again, would do more with her services then just brow wax, today I only had time for brow wax! Amazing service, love this Macys too!

  I love coming to the Ventura counter. Today, Brianna did my brows, and she did a fabulous job! I don’t live in Ventura anymore, but visit often. I only trust the girls at this Benefit counter. Today, Brianna did an amazing job! Thank you!
