  Wish I could give negative star I searched around for the best and thought I found it so I didn’t mind driving over an hour to obtain that. Rose was nice but failed to tell me that I would inquire more fees after paying this office upon drop off. Not only do I have more fees but my package after 4 days has still not left the US to reach the destination. This was a huge important delivery and you failed miserably DHL NEVER AGAIN!!! Hi Ken I have emailed you back from my yahoo/ymail account Thank you Now she is hanging up the phone when I calmly ask for further information to track this package All of a sudden no one can give me answers This company has so many rules and regulations for shipping but no answers when they lose and handle your precious cargo This is so sad
