    Service has been lacking lately, large employee change, mail not being done on a daily basis and the phones are constantly out of order. Employees are aware of phone at times not working but it doesn't seem to be getting addressed. Considering moving my box from here. Phones not working today again.

    The gentleman was focused efficient friendly he seemed like a hard-working gentleman and I could see him doing quite well even if there's a lot of people he seems to get the job done very quickly I've been to the store many times and it's very efficient I love this particular UPS Store
