    Nice large store and it was not busy at all when I went in. Took me two minutes to walk in drop offy package and go back to my car

    Would give zero stars if I could. Matt at the front desk seems very poorly trained. I’ve been shipping with UPS for over 10 years and never had a problem at any other store but today at this location I was not able to ship my bubble mailers because they are “irregular” and it would be $50 for ups ground when I’ve always paid $15-16 at every other location. I even showed him my other packing slips so he can do it the same way and he said he couldn’t do that because the owner doesn’t let them? lol. Wild
