    Anna the manager attempted to charge me $500.00 to ship my bosses box to Canada, the day before Mother's Day. I promptly went to The UPS Store on Ventura instead, and was charged $186.00.

    Every morning, they are 10 to 15 or even 20 minutes late for the store opening. As of right now 9:26 am on Monday the store still hasn't opened.

    I would not recommend using this company for your critical deliveries. They lost my package and proceeded to finger point and not take responsibility. The store owner, 800 Customer service# , Van Nuys main location all explained they were not responsible for losing my package.
