Horrible customer service. I was previously told that I could use my footlong coupon anytime as long as I showed it in the app. Today the same cashier refused to honor it, saying it had to be used online only. When I explained that she was the one who told me that, she didn’t care at all and looked at me like I was lying.
The sad part is I brought my co-workers with me today, so they got extra business because of me. Good customer service would have been simply honoring the coupon or entering it manually since the food was already ordered.
Their loss. Never again.
